For years it bothered us that the heat that our machines give-off in the manufacturing process simply goes to waste. Heat was a byproduct of the manufacturing process. Several years ago it occurred to us that we could recover a large portion of this waste heat and use it to heat our facility during colder weather, so we implemented a heat recovery system that we now use to heat our 5,000 square foot warehouse.

It feels great to produce high-quality products in a facility that is environmentally sustainable. We aren’t content with stopping here, though. We are actively investigating other measures including solar power to further mitigate our carbon footprint. It’s great for business, and it’s great for the environment.
